目前,煤炭行业的“黄金时期”已经一去不复返,随着煤炭行业的大跌大落,现在煤炭行业已经进入了一个竞争的时代。伴随着我国社会不断的改革发展,由于受到现代社会各种观念的影响,企业员工的思想完全与以前的思想不相同了,有些企业的职工荣誉与责任意识逐渐淡化。根据这一情况,企业一定要做好对职工的思想政治工作。同时,还要防止外来不良的思想观点带来的不利影响,这样才能使得企业职工工作的高效性,使企业更好的达到经济效益、社会效益的最大化。本文主要针对煤炭企业如何做好职工的思政工作进行分析探讨。 At present, the “golden age” of the coal industry is gone forever.
