目的:建立祛疣酊中芍药苷、丹皮酚的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:HypersilODS-C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:230nm;柱温:20℃。结果:芍药苷、丹皮酚的线性范围分别为0.0555~0.666μg(r=0.99993)、0.112~2.241μg(r=0.99994),平均加样回收率分别为97.64%、99.97%,RSD分别为1.32%、0.99%。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于祛疣酊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and paeonol in wart tincture. Methods: Column: Hypersil ODS-C18 column; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution, gradient elution; flow rate: 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength: 230 nm; Results: The linear range of paeoniflorin and paeonol were 0.0555 ~ 0.666μg (r = 0.99993) and 0.112 ~ 2.241μg (r = 0.99994) respectively. The average recoveries were 97.64% and 99.97%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.32 %, 0.99%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of wart tincture.
