随着我国改革开放的不断深化,我国各级各类医院呈现出良好的发展态势,医院经营理念和经营模式也发生了深刻的变化,特别是在新会计准则下,我国医院财务工作的重要作用日益显著,而在医院内部实施财务人员轮岗制度,不仅有利于提升财务人员的综合素质,而且也有利于加强财务监督工作,但医院财务人员轮岗同样存在一些弊端。本文探讨了医院财务人员轮岗的利弊问题,首先对医院财务人员轮岗的作用进行了分析;然后对医院财务人员轮岗的弊端进行分析,最后就医院如何更好的实行财务人员轮岗制度提出一些合理化的建议,旨在为医院更好的实施财务人员轮岗制度提供一些新的思路。
