目的探讨脑脊液鼻漏经颅手术。方法12例患者,5例急症手术修补颅底,7例择期手术,术前经CT三维重建颅底骨,确定漏口位置,冠状切口经硬膜内修补,术后腰大池引流。结果除1例过早下床活动,脑脊液鼻漏复发外,手术均成功。结论外伤性脑脊液鼻漏,据漏口的位置大小,选择相应的方法,准确定位,对漏口严密牢固的修补,是手术成功的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the transcranial operation of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Methods 12 patients, 5 cases of acute surgical repair skull base, 7 cases of elective surgery, three-dimensional reconstruction of skull base by CT before surgery to determine the location of leakage, coronal incision by intradural repair, postoperative lumbar drainage. Results In addition to a case of premature bed activity, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea recurrence, the operation was successful. Conclusion Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, according to the size of the location of the leak, choose the appropriate method to accurately locate the leakage of tight and solid repair, is an important factor in the success of the operation.
