Experiments with English words, Chinese characters and pictures as the material, using the quick complement pen test measured the activation of the left and right cerebral hemispheres. As a result, if learning and quizzing Chinese fonts and sizes remain unchanged, the visual activation of the right hemisphere is higher than that of the left hemisphere. Other materials do not produce this effect. This shows that at least one separate system encodes the visual representations of the kanji that make up the startup. This system is more effective in characterizing shape-specific information in the right hemisphere; there is no significant difference in the characterization of character abstraction between the two hemispheres. The tactile pen test measures perceptual characterization of the pre-semantic level and is a perceptual (data-driven) implicit memory test.
