车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、保温性好、使用寿命长、可塑性强等优点,在国外已得到广泛应用,而目前国内关于车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒的研究还很滞后,还没有相关的企事业单位从事该产品的研究与开发。鉴于此,本文利用ANSYS软件建立了车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒筒体的有限元模型,并对搅拌筒自重、物料重量荷载作用下复合材料搅拌筒筒体的刚度及强度进行了计算与分析,旨在分析复合材料搅拌筒在混凝土搅拌车上应用的可靠性和适用性。
Car composite concrete mixing tube with light weight, corrosion resistance, good thermal insulation, long service life, plasticity and other advantages, has been widely used in foreign countries, and currently domestic research on automotive composite concrete mixer drum is still lagging behind, but also No related enterprises and institutions engaged in the product research and development. In view of this, this paper established the finite element model of vehicle-mounted composite concrete mixing cylinder by ANSYS software, and calculated and analyzed the rigidity and strength of the composite material mixing cylinder under the weight of the mixing cylinder and material weight load. The reliability and applicability of composite mixer drum in concrete mixer truck are analyzed.
