中国社会的传统管理是大范围、高强度的管理 ,积极性目标设置和消极性目标设置并存而以后者为主。中国传统社会的基本特征是恶性同期循环和停滞 ,并且造成了影响更为深远的精神浮肿、萎缩和心理扭曲失调。中国传统管理失败的根源在于思想和经验的相关性缺失。中国若要现代化 ,必须对其传统进行理性的批判和改造
The traditional management of Chinese society is a large-scale, high-intensity management, with the setting of positive goals and negative goals setting the latter. The basic trait of Chinese traditional society is the cycle and stagnation of the vicious cycle of the same period, which has caused the more profound edema, shrinkage and psychological distortions.
