混合脂肪酸(C_7—C_9)已被用于钴镍及其它金属的萃取分离。它是石腊氧化的产物,作为萃取剂来说,它具有来源充足,价格便宜、萃取容量大,相分层好、反萃容易等优点。近年来用脂肪酸作萃取剂,富集和分离稀土元素的研究已逐渐增多。但是有关萃取机理方面的报导还不太多,本文结合还原萃取分离铕后,铕和非稀土杂质的分离工作,研究了Eu(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅲ)、Zn、Ca与脂肪酸的反应机理,探讨了用萃取法使Eu(Ⅲ)与Zn、Ca分离的可能性。
Mixed fatty acids (C_7-C_9) have been used for the extraction and separation of cobalt and nickel and other metals. It is the product of paraffin oxidation, as an extractant, it has a sufficient source, cheap, extraction capacity, good phase stratification, stripping easy and so on. In recent years, fatty acids as extractants, enrichment and separation of rare earth elements has been gradually increased. However, there are not many reports about the extraction mechanism. In this paper, the separation mechanism of europium and non-rare earth impurities after the separation of europium by reduction extraction was studied. The reaction mechanism of Eu (Ⅲ), Fe (Ⅲ), Zn and Ca with fatty acids was studied. The possibility of separating Eu (Ⅲ) from Zn and Ca by extraction method was discussed.
