尊敬的曾培炎副总理,同志们：今天,我们在金沙江畔隆重庆祝向家坝水电站开工建设。这是我国“十一五”开局之年开工建设的第一个特大型水电项目,是继溪洛渡水电站开工之后,金沙江水电开发的又一件盛事。在此,我代表国家发展改革委对向家坝水电站的顺利开工建设表示热烈的祝贺!
Dear Zeng Peiyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Comrades: Today, we are celebrating the construction of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station on the banks of the Golden Sands. This is the first large-scale hydropower project that started construction in the “Eleventh Five-year” period of our country and is another grand event in the Jinsha River hydropower development after the commencement of the Xiluodu Hydropower Station. Here, on behalf of the National Development and Reform Commission, I extend my warm congratulation on the smooth construction of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station.
