为了合理利用新疆区域的贫矿资源,优化高炉炉料结构,开展优化烧结矿碱度的试验研究。利用50 kg烧结杯,针对新疆复杂矿做了7组碱度为1.65~2.00的烧结杯试验。通过对烧结矿机械强度、冶金性能及矿物组成分析,得出碱度为1.80~1.85时,烧结矿中铁酸钙质量分数明显增加,烧结矿的ISO转鼓强度较高,成品率最高达到78%,还原度和低温还原粉化指数均得到改善,软熔区间最窄,为最优的烧结碱度区间;而碱度为1.65~1.75时,转鼓强度降低、熔滴性能变差,处于烧结矿的粉化区间,配加新疆区域复杂矿烧结生产时应避开此碱度区间。
In order to make rational use of the resources of lean ore in Xinjiang region, optimize the structure of blast furnace charge and carry out the experimental research of optimizing sinter basicity. Using 50 kg sintering cups, seven sets of sintering cup experiments with basicity of 1.65 ~ 2.00 were made for the complex mines in Xinjiang. Through the analysis of the mechanical strength, metallurgical properties and mineral composition of the sinter, the results show that when the basicity is 1.80 ~ 1.85, the mass fraction of calcium ferrite in sinter increases obviously, the ISO drum strength of sinter is higher, and the yield reaches as high as 78% , Reduction degree and low temperature reduction and powdering index were improved, and the soft melting range was the narrowest, which was the optimal sintering alkalinity interval. When the basicity was from 1.65 to 1.75, the drum strength decreased and the droplet performance became worse. Mine’s pulverizing range, with the Xinjiang region complex ore sintering production should avoid this alkalinity range.
