随着石油系统重组改制的不断深入,共青团面对企业走向市场的客观环境,如何进一步加强共青团工作,培养和造就高素质的青年职工队伍,这是摆在我们面前的一顶艰巨任务,对中国石油建设具有国际竞争力的企业集团具有重要的现实意义。一、企业共青团工作面临的挑战伴随社会生活的深刻变革、企业改革的不断推进,以及青年人思想观念、价值取向和行为规范的多元化,企业共青团工作面临着许多新问题、新情况,主要体现在以下几个方面:问题之一:青工思想波动加剧,团性意识明显减弱。在现代企业制度建立并逐步完善的过程中,企业加大转机制力度、人事制度、分配制厦及其他各项改革,直接关系企业青工的切身利益,青工的心理压力增大,思想波动加剧,团性意识明显减弱。主要表现在:申请入团的人少,而因种种原因离团、退团的人多;主动按时交纳团费的人少,不情愿参加团组织生活的人多,团员队伍萎缩、年龄结构偏大等。如果不及时加强团员青年
