2003年9月10～14日,全国水利水电勘测设计单位计算机应用及信息化发展研讨会暨全国水利水电勘测设计单位计算机协作组年会在安徽屯溪召开。会议由水利部水利水电规划设计总院与全国水利水电勘测设计单位计算机协作组共同主办,中水淮河工程有限责任公司(原水利部淮委规划设计研究院)承办。水规总院、流域委院、各省(自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团)水利水电勘测设计院32家单位共60名代表参加了会议。水规总院副总工程师董在志、科技处李维涛副处长、中水淮河工程有限责任公司董事长万隆、副总经理章敏参加了会议。
September 2003 September 10 ~ 14, the National Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute of computer applications and information technology development seminar cum National Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Unit Computer Cooperative Group Annual Meeting held in Tunxi, Anhui Province. The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute and the National Water and Hydropower Survey and Design Unit Computer Cooperation Group co-sponsored by the water Huaihe Engineering Co., Ltd. (former Ministry of Water Resources Huaai Planning and Design Institute) contractor. Sixty-two delegates from 32 institutes of water conservancy and hydropower survey and design institute, including Water Regulation Institute, Basin Commission, provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) attended the conference. Dong Zu Zhi, deputy chief engineer of Water Regulatory General Hospital, Li Weitao, deputy director of Science and Technology Department, Zhang Long, chairman of Huai River Huaihe Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhang Min, deputy general manager attended the meeting.
