目的研究生态环境因子和土壤条件与滇龙胆品质的相关性,揭示环境因素和土壤条件对滇龙胆品质影响形成的作用效应。方法运用SPSS软件相关分析药材品质组分别与气候组、土壤条件组的相关关系。结果对滇龙胆品质起主要影响效应的生态环境因子有和土壤条件:年均温度、5~7月平均温度、5~10月降雨量、年均降雨量、土壤有机质含量、土壤有效磷含量、土壤速效钾等因子对滇龙胆品质的形成具有重要作用。结论初步筛选出影响滇龙胆药材品质的生态环境因子和土壤条件,为揭示滇龙胆品质提供了一定的基础依据。
Aim To study the correlation between eco-environmental factors and soil conditions and quality of Gentiana yunnanensis, revealing the effects of environmental factors and soil conditions on the quality of Gentiana yunnanensis. Methods SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between medicinal quality group and climate group and soil condition group respectively. Results The eco-environment factors that mainly influenced the quality of Gentiana yunnaneii were: soil temperature, average temperature from May to July, rainfall from May to October, annual rainfall, soil organic matter content, soil available P content , Soil available potassium and other factors on the quality of Yunnan gentian has an important role. Conclusion Preliminary screening of eco-environmental factors and soil conditions that affect the quality of Yunnan gentian herbs provide a basis for revealing the quality of Yunnan gentian.
