全球化日益紧密的世界让曾经是“异域风情”的各国美食跨越边界,在各国之间蔓延扩散。在中国义乌享受地道的阿拉伯宴席;在伦敦华埠吃热腾腾的包子、羊肉串和鸡蛋煎饼;在阿布扎比充满金属质感的流动餐车上买阿联酋小吃……各种有地方特色的食物被带到世界各地,适应因全球化而形成的多元市场的需求。这场全球化大潮之下,怎样将各自的饮食传统推向更广阔的世界,并在坚守其独特风味的同时加入现代元素就成了值得我们思考的问题。

Under this tide of globalization, it is a question that we should ponder over how to push our own dietary traditions to a wider world and to adhere to its unique flavor while adding modern elements.
