82例磷化氢接触者脑电图异常率为35.4%,其中农民组为40.6%,仓库组为32.0%,均高于对照组12.5%的结果。脑电图异常主要表现α节律减少,波幅降低,调节、调幅、波形对称性的不良例数增加及过度换气过程中尖波的增加。作者认为脑电图检查是评价磷化氢污染程度及早期发现对中枢神经损害的有效方法。
82 cases of phosphine exposure of EEG abnormal rate was 35.4%, of which 40.6% farmers group, warehouse group was 32.0%, were higher than the control group 12.5% of the results. EEG abnormalities mainly show a decrease in alpha rhythm, decrease in amplitude, regulation, amplitude modulation, an increase in the number of bad cases of waveform symmetry, and increase of sharp waves in hyperventilation. The author believes that electroencephalography is to evaluate the extent of phosphine pollution and early detection of CNS damage effective method.
