一、品种选择。目前生产上推广的优良杏树品种主要有:①串枝红杏。果实椭圆形,单果重50~60克,风味酸甜。6月中下旬成熟,树势较强,树姿开张。自花授粉能力差。适应性强,抗旱、抗寒、耐盐碱、耐瘠薄。退化花较少,连续结果能力强,丰产,是生食和加工兼用的优良品种。②香白杏。原产天津,风味好、含水量高,单果重50克。③华县大接杏。树体半矮化,中熟品种,成熟期79天,单果重79.6克,最大果重150克。
