为客观评价沥青路面养护工程节能减排效果,建立了沥青路面节能减排量化分析评价体系框架;选取了包括资源利用评价指标(RUI)、能源消耗评价指标(ECI)、环境污染指标(EPI)和交通影响指标(TII)的沥青路面养护工程节能减排评价指标;建立了沥青路面养护工程节能减排评价指标判定标准;确定了沥青路面养护工程节能减排一级评价指标和二级评价指标的权重,为评价指标体系权重分配的科学性及合理性提供了可靠的保证;以模糊物元评价方法为基础,建立了沥青路面养护工程节能减排综合评价方法及其评价流程。该评价方法对于优选不同养护工艺具有重要的实践意义。

Based on fuzzy matter-element evaluation method, a comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation flow of energy conservation and emission reduction for asphalt pavement maintenance project are established. This evaluation method has important practical significance for the optimization of different curing processes.
