对轨道交通车站周围的建筑分布形态进行分类;建立数学模型,计算各类建筑分布对车站居民出行集散时间;通过比较分析,论证了车站周围各类建筑形态分布存在着巨大的社会效益差异.在调查上海轨道交通车站周围建筑分布形态实际情况的基础上,指出了目前我国轨道交通车站周围的建筑形态分布存在不合理的状况.建议我国大城市有关部门对车站周围建筑形态规划与建设加以重视,并提出了较优的建筑形态分布模式.
Classify the distribution patterns of the buildings around the rail transit station; set up the mathematical model to calculate the travel time of all kinds of buildings to the station residents; through comparative analysis, it shows that there are huge social benefits differences in the distribution of the various buildings around the station. On the basis of investigation of the actual situation of the distribution patterns of the buildings around Shanghai’s rail transit stations, it points out that there is an irrational distribution of building patterns around the rail transit stations in China at present.It is suggested that relevant departments of large cities in China should pay attention to the planning and construction of buildings around the stations, And proposed a better mode of distribution of architectural forms.
