湖南发展黑茶优势明显:一是黑茶乃促进民族团结的桥梁与纽带;二是黑茶既有牢固的传统市场,又有广阔的潜在市场;三是黑茶采制适于全程机械化,有利于产业化经营;四是黑茶耐贮藏,并具特殊陈香品质;五是各级政府高度重视。主要不足之处是茶园基础薄弱,加工条件差,产品质量不一,品牌建设亟待加强。几点建议:(一)大力推广良种,夯实茶园基础;(二)切实改造茶厂,确保黑茶品质;(三)研发多元产品,开拓两个市场;(四)弘扬黑茶文化,扩大社会影响;(五)加强品牌建设,改革产销体制。
The obvious advantages of developing black tea in Hunan are as follows: First, black tea is a bridge and link for promoting national unity; second, black tea has both a solid traditional market and a vast potential market; thirdly, black tea production is suitable for full mechanization and is conducive to Industrialized operation; Fourth, black tea storability, and with a special Chen Hong quality; Fifth, all levels of government attach great importance. The main shortcomings are weak foundation of tea plant, poor processing conditions, different product quality, and brand building urgently need to be strengthened. (B) to effectively transform the tea plant to ensure the quality of black tea; (C) R & D diversified products, open up two markets; (D) to promote black tea culture and expand the community (E) strengthen brand building, reform the system of production and marketing.
