建立了检测止咳中药制剂中非法掺入的化学止咳平喘药物色甘酸钠的方法。选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇:0.34%磷酸二氢钾=15:85(V/V)为流动相。根据所检测到化合物的色谱保留时间,并与对照品比较,鉴别中药制剂中非法掺入的色甘酸钠化学药物。本实验建立的条件能够把中药制剂中添加的化学药物(色甘酸钠)完全分离开来;对20个制剂用建立的分析技术进行了检测,经与相应的标准物质比较,20个样品均未含色甘酸钠。该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为中药制剂中非法加入掺入化学药物成分色甘酸钠的有效检测手段。
A method was established to detect cromolyn sodium, a chemical cough and antiasthmatic drug, illegally incorporated into Chinese herbal preparations for relieving cough. Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) and methanol: 0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate = 15:85 (V / V) were used as the mobile phase. Based on the chromatographic retention times of the compounds tested, and compared with the control, cromolyn sodium chemicals illegally incorporated into the traditional Chinese medicine formulations were identified. The conditions established in this experiment were able to completely separate the chemical drug (cromolyn sodium) added to the traditional Chinese medicine preparation. The 20 analytical methods were tested by using the established analytical techniques. No 20 samples were compared with the corresponding standard materials Containing cromolyn. The method has high selectivity and high sensitivity, and can be used as an effective detection method for illegally adding the cromolyn sodium into the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
