钢丝绳安全锁紧器是我厂根据国外引进设备改进设计的一种安全锁紧装置。该装置体积小,重量轻,制造简单,使用可靠,经改装后可作矿井提升及建筑用吊盘(见图1)等设备的安全保护装置。一、结构与原理安全锁紧器(见图2)主要由一对上、下夹钳腭扳,两对夹紧板,一对经压制的凹形壳体等组成。夹钳腭板和夹紧板按一定的位置固定在壳体内。贯穿在升降装置顶部与基础之间的安全钢丝绳在上、下夹钳腭板之间穿过,前、后夹紧板之间的扭转弹簧使夹钳和钢丝绳之间产生一定的初压力。当承重钢丝绳(即提升钢丝绳)被拉断而吊盘下滑时,由于缓冲弹簧和锁紧拉杆(见图3)的
Wire rope safety lock is my factory imported equipment to improve the design of a security locking device. The device is small in size, light in weight, simple in manufacture and reliable in use.
