针对预应力筋孔道压浆不密实的情况,以AASHTO规范中的无粘结预应力混凝土构件计算理论为基础,对局部无压浆PC梁进行抗弯承载力研究,探讨了弹性未开裂状态和承载能力极限状态下粘结折减系数间的关系,给出了相应修正的粘结折减系数,并通过试验结果进行了验证。研究表明:在弹性未开裂阶段,局部无压浆PC梁的粘结折减系数可直接按相应规范原理求得;在承载能力评估中,建议的简化方法具有较好的计算精度。
According to the calculation theory of unbonded prestressed concrete members in AASHTO code, the flexural capacity of partially pressureless PC beam is studied in this paper. The relationship between the bond reduction factors under the ultimate load carrying capacity is given, and the corresponding modified bond reduction factor is given and verified by the test results. The results show that the coefficient of bond reduction can be directly obtained by the corresponding normative principle in the elastic non-cracking stage. The proposed simplified method has better calculation accuracy in the bearing capacity assessment.
