经济转型中的“经理革命”是历史的必然,这是由现代产权运动的基本趋势决定的。我国家族企业经过十几年的发展,在管理能力已经出现明显滞后的条件下对融合社会管理资源上却显得进退维谷。在转型期外部制度体系大背景下,家族企业应努力突破内部特质性进而通过有序的制度化演进从而为“经理革命”创造条件。
The “manager’s revolution” in economic restructuring is a historical inevitability, which is determined by the basic trend of the modern property rights movement. After more than ten years of development, the family-owned enterprises in our country appear to be moving forward and backward on the merging of social management resources under the condition that the management ability has obviously lagged behind. Under the background of the external system of the transitional period, the family-run enterprises should make every effort to break through the internal trait and then create the conditions for the “manager revolution” through an orderly institutional evolution.
