利用ADAMS建立了某型手枪的虚拟样机模型并进行了校核,证明了模型的准确性和可信性。在分析手枪射击时回转上跳原因的基础上,选取枪机后坐到位撞击前后冲量变化量为目标函数,首先通过对影响后坐力的主要结构参数进行优化,提出了改善后坐力的方法,在此基础上,通过将单一复进簧改为直列式组合簧,进一步探索了减小后坐力的方法。该研究也为同类武器后坐力的研究提供了一定的参考。
Using ADAMS, a virtual prototype model of a certain type of pistol was established and checked, which proves the accuracy and credibility of the model. Based on the analysis of the cause of jump when shooting with a pistol, the variation of the impulse before and after the hit with a bolt is taken as the objective function. Based on the optimization of the main structural parameters that affect the recoil force, a method of improving the recoil force is proposed , By changing a single reed into an inline combination spring, to further explore ways to reduce recoil. This research also provides a reference for the researches on recoil of similar weapons.
