本文主要研究了前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)对正常鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(NPM)和带瘤鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(TPM)结合与杀伤艾氏腹水癌细胞(EAC)功能的调节作用。结果表明,外源性PGE_2对细菌脂多糖(LPS)刺激的硫代乙醇酸钠肉汤(TG)诱导的NPM和TPM结合与杀伤功能均有抑制作用。而且,这种抑制作用具有剂量依赖性,即随着PGE_2浓度的增加,对结合与杀伤抑制活性也相应增强,应用前列腺素合成酶抑制剂——消炎痛可以增强LPS激活的NPM和TPM杀伤功能。说明肿瘤对Mφ结合与杀伤功能的抑制作用,即使不是全部,也是部分地通过PGE_2起作用。
In this paper, we investigated the regulatory effect of prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) on the function of peritoneal macrophages (NPMs) and peritoneal macrophages (TPMs) in combination with the killing of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells (EACs). The results showed that exogenous PGE 2 could inhibit the binding and killing of NPM and TPM induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -stimulated sodium thioglycolate broth (TG). Moreover, this inhibition was dose-dependent, with a corresponding increase in binding and killing inhibitory activity as the concentration of PGE 2 increased, and the application of prostaglandin synthase inhibitor-indomethacin enhanced the LPS-activated NPM and TPM killing functions . The tumor inhibitory effect on Mφ binding and killing is demonstrated, in part, by PGE_2, if not all.
