众所周知,研究两国文学的关系,或比较它们的异同,一般是以这两国文学为考察对象。但在世界文学交流的格局中,如果这两国文学又传入了其他国家,这里便产生了一个观察研究对象的新视角。由此入手,既可以检验直接考察所得出的结论正确与否,又可能发现一些新问题。所以,中日文学西播欧美的际遇和影响,应该说是研究中日文学之关系的学者值得加以注意的文化范畴。下面试举三五例,具体说明这一新视角的某些功用。求同证异愈辨愈明 As we all know, studying the relationship between the two countries’ literature or comparing their similarities and differences is generally based on the literature of the two countries. However, in the pattern of world literature exchange, if the two countries’ literature is introduced into other countries, a new perspective on the subject of study will emerge here. Starting from this, we can test the correctness of the conclusion obtained by direct inspection, and may find some new problems. Therefore, the tragedy and influence of Sino-Japanese literature on Western broadcasting in Europe and the United States should be said to be a cultural category that scholars of Sino-Japanese relations should pay attention to.
