目的主要探讨百草枯中毒(PQP)致肺纤维化形成机制。方法 X线检查确诊有肺纤维化的患者,取痰涂片行铁染色,显微镜下查找含铁血黄素巨噬细胞颗粒。结果 PQP患者,X线检查确诊肺纤维化,取痰涂片行铁染色,显微镜下可见大量含铁血黄素巨噬细胞颗粒。结论在百草枯中毒机制中,含铁血黄素巨吃噬细胞颗粒在肺组织间质大量沉积,促使肺纤维化形成可考试为百草枯中致肺纤维化形成机制之一。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis induced by paraquat poisoning (PQP). Methods X-ray examination confirmed pulmonary fibrosis in patients with sputum smear line staining, microscopic examination of hemosiderin macrophage granules. Results PQP patients, X-ray examination confirmed pulmonary fibrosis, sputum smear stained iron staining, a large number of hemosiderin macrophage granules can be seen under a microscope. Conclusions In the mechanism of paraquat poisoning, the accumulation of hemosiderin macrophage cell pellet in the interstitium of lung mass caused the formation of pulmonary fibrosis to be one of the mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis induced by paraquat.
