“给孩子上名校的机会”、“打造一流的学校和幼儿园,让孩子轻松赢在起跑线上”、“家门口就能上名校,让孩子多睡半小时”、“打造0~18岁一站式优质教育体系”……最近几年,类似的楼盘广告总会让年轻的购房者心动不已。望子成龙、望女成凤,却又担心孩子输在起跑线上,年轻父母对子女教育的空前重视,加之教育资源配置的不均衡,使学区房成为当前楼市最大的刚性需求。炙手可热的学区房的高价位成了不争的事实。一套普通的房屋,被贴上“重点学区房”的标签后,身价陡增,因此而产生的纠纷也不在少数。
