目的研究VIL-10对鼻咽癌细胞株TAP-1表达的影响。方法收集在不同时间不同浓度VIL-10处理的鼻咽癌细胞,RT-PCR检测TAP-1的表达。结果①10 ng/mlVIL-10处理的CNE-1、CNE-2和N-2-BMI-1细胞株在24、48 h时TAP-1表达无明显变化;②100 ng/ml VIL-10处理的CNE-1、CNE-2和N-2-BMI-1细胞株在24 h时TAP-1表达明显减弱。结论 100 ng/ml VIL-10在24 h可明显抑制TAP-1表达,EB病毒在鼻咽癌免疫抑制过程中起一定作用。
Objective To study the effect of VIL-10 on the expression of TAP-1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line. Methods Nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells were treated with different concentrations of VIL-10 at different time points. The expression of TAP-1 was detected by RT-PCR. Results ① The expression of TAP-1 in CNE-1, CNE-2 and N-2-BMI-1 cells treated with 10 ng / ml VIL-10 had no significant change at 24 and 48 h; -1, CNE-2 and N-2-BMI-1 cells significantly decreased TAP-1 expression at 24 h. Conclusion 100 ng / ml VIL-10 can significantly inhibit the expression of TAP-1 at 24 h. Epstein-Barr virus plays a role in the immunosuppression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
