晚清民国时期是中国期刊出版业的繁荣期,同时也是动荡期。在黑龙江俄日战争,大量移民,以及满洲国时期日伪的统治都对出版业有很大冲击和影响。本文主要对这一时期的俄文及日文期刊的出版情况及一些重要期刊进行调查,为研究这一时期政治、经济、民生、军事等方面提供第一手资料。 Late Qing Dynasty period was the prosperous period of China’s periodical publishing industry, but also a period of turmoil.
