为克服盐炉三相功率不平衡的现象,我们采用了分段焊接的双层环形电极。经过四年的实践证明,这种电极具有制造简单、三相功率平衡、炉温均匀、节省电力等优点。我们又采用了三角形联接的启动电阻(辅助电极)使盐炉启动迅速。现将我厂75千瓦三相顶埋式盐炉的结构特点作如下介绍。一、变压器的改进因埋入式盐炉电极的间距比插入式盐炉电极间距大,所以需要较高的次级电压。我们把75千伏安三相盐炉变压器的次级线圈,
In order to overcome the unbalanced power phenomenon of the three phases of the salt furnace, we adopted a double-layer ring electrode which is segmented and welded. After four years of practice, this electrode has the advantages of simple manufacture, three-phase power balance, uniform temperature and power saving. We also use the delta connection start-up resistor (auxiliary electrode) to start the salt furnace quickly.
