七年前来到北京的Masili Roberto,家乡位于意大利南部的撒丁岛(Sardinia),15岁开始在厨师学校学习传统的意大利菜,年纪轻轻就已经在意大利美食协会推荐的餐厅里做主厨。后来他爱上旅游,边旅游边做厨师,曾经随地中海上的Costa和Renaissance号豪华邮轮游历埃及、希腊、法属玻利尼西亚,是个十足的雅皮。来到北京后的他,却在这个远离大海的城市里安顿下来,如今在盈科中心的二楼拥有了自己的一家意大利餐厅。葡萄酒专家的弟弟Massimo在9个月前亦来到北京帮哥哥打理这家餐厅,兄弟俩一个好动,一个安静;哥哥整日里除了厨师服就是T恤短裤,弟弟则西装笔挺,一副绅士派头。虽然性格很不同,但两人对意大利美食尤其是Pasta,都有自己独特的看法。
Masili Roberto, who came to Beijing seven years ago with his hometown of Sardinia in southern Italy, started learning traditional Italian cuisine at the chef school at the age of 15 and has been chef at a restaurant recommended by the Italian cuisine association at an early age. Later, he fell in love with traveling and cooking as a chef. He traveled to Egypt, Greece and French Polynesia with the Costa de las Americas and Renaissance luxury cruises. After coming to Beijing, he settled down in the city far from the sea and now has his own Italian restaurant on the second floor of the Pacific Century Center. Wine expert brother Massimo also came to Beijing 9 months ago to help his brother to take care of the restaurant, the brothers a move, a quiet; brother all day long in addition to chef clothing is T-shirt shorts, the younger brother suit suits, a Gentleman to send head. Although different in character, both have their own unique views on Italian cuisine, especially Pasta.
