应用国产乳果糖-氢气呼吸试验法及放射免疫法同步探测了32例正常人及20例非溃疡消化不良(NUD)患者血浆胃动素(MTL)及小肠传递时间(SBTT)。结果发现MTL与SBTT有显著负相关关系(r=-0.8283,P<0.01)。即MTL含量越高,SBTT越短,提示内源性MTL可加速SBTT。NUD患者其平均MTL/SBTT比值为2.3:1,较正常人(4.7:1)降低50%。表明NUD与血浆MTL的分泌释放量减少有关。这对揭示NUD发病机制及开辟新的治疗途径具有一定意义。
The plasma motilin (MTL) and small intestine transit time (SBTT) in 32 normal subjects and 20 non-ulcer dyspeptic patients (NUD) were simultaneously detected by using lactose-hydrogen breath test and radioimmunoassay. The results showed a significant negative correlation between MTL and SBTT (r = -0.8283, P <0.01). The higher the MTL content, the shorter the SBTT, suggesting that endogenous MTL can accelerate SBTT. The mean MTL / SBTT ratio in NUD patients was 2.3: 1, which was 50% lower than that in normal subjects (4.7: 1). NUD and plasma MTL secretion of secretions related to the reduction. This is revealing the pathogenesis of NUD and opening up new therapeutic approaches have some significance.
