通过在MHK—500型TIMKEN试验机上进行的模拟试验和开式蜗轮蜗杆试验台上的台架试验,对三种不同硬度差的钢蜗轮传动以及铜蜗轮传动进行了深入系统的试验研究,分析了齿面硬度差对钢蜗轮传动性能的影响。同时,对钢蜗轮传动与铜蜗轮传动进行了对比试验分析,为钢蜗轮传动的推广应用提供了可靠的依据。
Through the simulation test on the MHK-500 TIMKEN testing machine and the bench test on the open worm gear test bench, three kinds of steel worm gear drive and copper worm gear drive with different hardness were systematically and deeply investigated. Effect of Hardness of Tooth Surface on Transmission Performance of Steel Worm Gear. At the same time, a comparative analysis of steel worm gear drive and copper worm gear drive has provided a reliable basis for the popularization and application of steel worm gear drive.
