目的 :探讨He -Ne激光对SP2 /O骨髓瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法 :本研究采用 2 4mWHe -Ne激光照射器照射SP2 /O骨髓瘤细胞及带瘤小鼠瘤区 ,照射时间为 2 0min ,照射次数为 5次 ,照射前后分别观测瘤块直径、瘤块重量及瘤细胞数量。结果 :激光照射组小鼠瘤块直径 ,瘤块重量 ,瘤细胞数量及成瘤率均明显低于非激光照射组 ,组间比较P <0 .0 1,差异非常显著。结论 :He-Ne激光照射具有抑制SP2 /O细胞增殖的作用
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of He-Ne laser on SP2/O myeloma cells. METHODS: In this study, SP2/O myeloma cells and tumor-bearing mouse tumors were irradiated with 24 mW He-Ne laser illuminator. The irradiation time was 20 min and the number of irradiation was 5 times. The tumor diameter and mass were observed before and after irradiation. And the number of tumor cells. RESULTS: The diameter of tumor block, weight of tumor block, number of tumor cells and tumor formation rate in laser irradiation group were significantly lower than those in non-laser irradiation group. The difference between groups was significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion :He-Ne laser irradiation can inhibit the proliferation of SP2 /O cells
