目的:比较知母及盐知母对甲亢阴虚大鼠红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力的影响,从能量代谢方面探讨知母盐炙后增强滋阴降火作用的炮制原理。方法:SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白组,模型组,六味地黄丸组(2.2 g.kg-1),生知母、盐知母高剂量组(2 g.kg-1),生知母、盐知母低剂量组(1 g.kg-1);各组大鼠每天上午ig甲状腺素液2 mL(1.25 g.L-1),空白组ig生理盐水;下午各给药组ig相应的药液(10 mL.kg-1),空白组、模型组ig等体积生理盐水,3周后测定红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结果:与模型组相比,生知母及盐知母各剂量组均能显著降低Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性(P<0.05),其中低剂量组盐知母作用优于生知母(P>0.05);高剂量组结果相反,即盐炙后作用降低(P>0.05),且高剂量组作用弱于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:知母及盐知母均具有滋肾阴清虚热的作用。
Objective: To compare the effects of Zhimu and Yan Zhimu on the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of rats with hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency, and to study the processing principles of Zhimu salt and broaden the role of nourishing Yin in lowering blood pressure from energy metabolism. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Liuweidihuangwan group (2.2g.kg-1), Shengzhimu, Yanzhimu high dose group (2g.kg-1) (1 g · kg-1), 2 mL of thyroxin solution (1.25 gL-1) and blank control group ig corresponding solution (10 mL.kg-1), blank group, model group ig equal volume of saline, after 3 weeks of erythrocyte membrane Na + -K + -ATPase activity. Results: Compared with the model group, the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase was significantly decreased in each dose group (P <0.05), of which, the low dose group was superior to that of Anemarrhena asphodeloides P> 0.05). The results of the high dose group were opposite (P <0.05), and the effect of high dose group was weaker than that of the low dose group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Anemarrhena asphodeloides and salt Anemarrhena all have the function of nourishing kidney and clearing yin deficiency.
