铜绿假单胞菌是一种重要的医院内感染条件致病菌,对喹诺酮类药物耐药日趋严重。目前发现铜绿假单胞菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药的主要机制为:改变抗菌药物作用的靶位点结构,从而逃避抗菌药物的作用;主动泵出系统使药物排出细菌体外。有关铜绿假单胞菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制,仍存在许多问题有待进一步探索。现就铜绿假单胞菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制研究进展进行综述。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important nosocomial infection pathogenic bacteria, quinolone resistance is increasingly serious. At present, it is found that the main mechanism of resistance of quinolones to quinolones is to change the target site structure of the antimicrobial effect so as to evade the antimicrobial effect and actively pump out the system to expel the drug from the bacteria. For Pseudomonas aeruginosa quinolone resistance mechanism, there are still many problems to be further explored. Now on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa Quinolone drug resistance mechanisms are reviewed.
