从本世纪初始,为了应对社会对口译人才的高需求,普通高校的英语专业纷纷开设了口译课,但十多年之后的今天,口译员依然属于稀缺人才,真正能够培养出专业口译员的院校还是当初那几所,大部分的口译课都形同虚设,起不到实际作用。本文选取一所普通高校,在对比广东外语外贸大学的相对成熟的口译教学模式,分析其口译课存在的问题和未来的发展方向。
