目的对比3~5岁儿童清醒状态下,使用面罩潮气呼吸法和口腔潮气呼吸法所测出的呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO),探讨3~5岁儿童Fe NO的检测方法。方法将广州市妇女儿童医疗中心2016年1月至2016年8月符合入选标准的55例儿童作为研究对象,分别使用面罩潮气呼吸法和口腔潮气呼吸法进行Fe NO检测,并对结果进行对比分析。结果无咳喘症状儿童无论有无鼻炎,使用口腔潮气呼吸法测出的Fe NO均明显低于面罩潮气呼吸法所测结果:分别使用口腔潮气呼吸法和面罩潮气呼吸法测Fe NO,有鼻炎患儿为(7.8±10.6)×10~(-9)和(15.8±9.9)×10~(-9);无鼻炎患儿为(5.0±4.5)×10~(-9)和(14.0±10.0)×10~(-9),均P<0.05;有咳喘症状儿童,无论有无鼻炎,使用口腔潮气呼吸法测出Fe NO明显低于面罩潮气呼吸法所测结果;分别使用口腔潮气呼吸法和面罩潮气呼吸法测Fe NO,有鼻炎患儿为6.1×10~(-9)[(2.1~16.3)×10~(-9)]和11.6×10~(-9)[(4.1~26.5)×10~(-9)],无鼻炎患儿为4.6×10~(-9)[(1.9~9.9)×10~(-9)]和11.5×10~(-9)[(6.5~25.8)×10~(-9)],均P<0.05。结论 3~5岁儿童使用潮气呼吸法进行Fe NO检测时,口腔潮气呼吸法比面罩潮气呼吸法更能正确反应气道炎症真实情况。~
Objective To compare the Fe (NO) content of exhaled breath measured by mask tidal respiration and oral tidal respiration in 3 ~ 5-year-old children under awake condition and to explore the method of detecting Fe NO in children aged 3 ~ 5 years old. Methods Fifty-five children who met the inclusion criteria from January 2016 to August 2016 in Guangzhou Women’s and Children’s Medical Center were enrolled in this study. FeNO was detected by mask moisture respiration and oral tidal respiration, respectively, and the results were compared . Results No stomachache in children with or without rhinitis, the use of oral tidal respiration measured Fe NO were significantly lower than the mask tidal respiration measured results: Respectively using oral tidal respiration and mask moisture respiration measured Fe NO, rhinitis (7.8 ± 10.6) × 10 ~ (-9) and (15.8 ± 9.9) × 10 ~ (-9) in children with and without rhinitis were (5.0 ± 4.5) × 10 ~ (-9) and (14.0 ± 10.0) × 10 ~ (-9), all P <0.05; Children with cough and asthma symptoms, regardless of the presence or absence of rhinitis, measured the Fe NO with the oral tidal respiration method significantly lower than that of the mask tidal breathing method; Breathing method and masks tidal breathing method for the determination of Fe NO, children with rhinitis were 6.1 × 10-9 (2.1 ~ 16.3) × 10-9 and 11.6 × 10-9 (4.1 ~ 26.5) × 10 ~ (-9)], and no sign of rhinitis was 4.6 × 10 ~ (-9) [(1.9 ~ 9.9) × 10 -9] and 11.5 × 10 ~ (-9) 6.5 ~ 25.8) × 10 ~ (-9)], all P <0.05. Conclusions Oral tidal respiration is more accurate than the mask tidal respiration in children aged 3 to 5 years when using tidal breathing for Fe NO detection. ~
