目的 :探讨矢状面 MRI上低中凸面脑沟回的定位标志 ,为术前准确地功能定位和病理学定位提供客观依据。方法 :分析 10 0例健康人脑矢状面 MRI影像 ,记录并比较大脑低中凸面脑沟回的形态走行及邻近脑沟回的特殊解剖标志。结果 :显示矢状面 MRI上可见 7种重要的解剖标志包括 :1.外侧沟及其分支 ;2 .额下回及分支 ;3.额下沟与下中央前沟构成的 T型征 ;4 .额中回的后面和中央前回汇合征 ;5.中央前后回的下端在中央沟的下方汇合形成的中央下回使中央沟与外侧沟分离征 ;6.中央后回上窄下宽且下部形成木脚征 ;7.双马蹄脑回征。并对该组标志的 MRI显示率、左右半球的对称性、正常变异情况进行了探讨。结论 :矢状面 MRI上的定位标志对正确识别低中凸面脑沟回及术前成功病理定位价值很大 ,正常变异及个体差异直接影响该组征象的显示
OBJECTIVE: To study the location marks of low, medium and convex sulci on sagittal MRI and to provide objective evidence for accurate preoperative localization of function and pathology. Methods: MRI images of 100 healthy human brains were analyzed, and the morphological characteristics of the lower and middle cerebral cortex and the special anatomical landmarks of the adjacent sulci were recorded and compared. RESULTS: Seven important anatomical landmarks were shown on the sagittal MRI: 1. lateral ditch and its branches; 2. inferior forearm and its branches; 3. T-shape sign of the forehead groove and lower central foregut; 4 . After the middle of the back and the central front back confluence levy; 5. Central back before and after the lower end of the central ditch merged under the central formation of the central ditch and the lateral ditch separation; Formation of wooden foot sign; 7. Double Horseshoe brain sign. The MRI signs of the signs, the symmetry of left and right hemispheres, and the normal variation were also discussed. CONCLUSION: The location marks on sagittal MRI are of great value in the correct identification of low and medium convex sulci and the successful preoperative pathological localization. The normal and individual differences directly affect the signs of this group
