布谷鸟算法是智群寻优搜索领域的一种新型优化算法,基本的布谷鸟算法存在进化后期容易陷入局部最优值、收敛速度慢以及寻优精度低等不足.为提高算法的性能,提出一种基于交流算子和混沌扰动的布谷鸟优化算法.该算法引入微粒群算法的交流算子思想加大收敛速度、在迭代中对鸟巢位置采用混沌扰动以提高搜索精度等方法实现对基本算法的改进.通过5个标准测试函数的验证测试,实验表明改进后的布谷鸟算法在寻优速度和精度方面都优于基本布谷鸟算法,是一种有效的算法.
The cuckoo algorithm is a new optimization algorithm in the Chihun search, and the basic cuckoo algorithm has some shortcomings such as easy to fall into the local optimal value, slow convergence speed and low optimization accuracy in the late evolutionary period.In order to improve the performance of the algorithm, A cuckoo optimization algorithm based on AC operator and chaotic perturbation is proposed in this paper, which introduces the thought of AC operator of PSO to increase the convergence speed, and uses chaotic perturbation to improve nesting accuracy in nest iteration. The experiments show that the improved cuckoo algorithm is superior to the basic cuckoo algorithm in terms of speed and accuracy of optimization, which is an effective algorithm.
