目的:探讨免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及表达强度与卵巢上皮性癌病理分级的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测卵巢上皮性癌组织芯片(含177例卵巢上皮性癌)、50例卵巢良性肿瘤上皮组织中IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE的表达水平。结果:卵巢上皮性癌组织中IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE的表达水平均明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤上皮组织(P<0.001);卵巢上皮性癌病理分级与IgA、IgM、IgD和IgE的表达强度均呈正相关(r=0.422,P<0.001;r=0.460,P<0.001;r=0.458,P<0.001;r=0.593,P<0.001)即病理分级越高,IgA、IgM、IgD和IgE表达越强。结论:IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE在卵巢上皮性癌组织中高表达;IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的异常表达提示与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE in epithelial ovarian cancer and their relationship with the pathological grade of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissue chip (including 177 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma) and 50 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor. Results: The expression of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian epithelial tissue (P <0.001). The expression of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE in ovarian epithelial carcinoma (R = 0.422, P <0.001; r = 0.460, P <0.001; r = 0.458, P <0.001; r = 0.593, P <0.001) showed that the higher the pathological grade, the higher the IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE The stronger. CONCLUSIONS: IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer. The abnormal expression of IgA, IgM, IgD and IgE in epithelial ovarian cancer is closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer.
