本文主要对轧钢机机架强度进行综合研究。文中以有限元法及光弹测试方法对某厂轧钢机机架进行了计算、测定,精确地得到了机架各部位的应力值,找出了薄弱环节。其结果与现场使用情况相符。 为改进机架设计,文中以最优化方法(采用SUMT法)对机架进行优化设计,得到最优参数的新机架,新机架不仅刚度好、重量轻,同时也降低了危险点(机架转角处)应力,这证明新设计的机架是可取的。
In this paper, a comprehensive study of the strength of the rolling mill rack. In this paper, the finite element method and the photoelastic test method were used to calculate and measure the rolling stand of a factory. The stress of each part of the rack was obtained and the weak link was found out. The result is consistent with the field use. In order to improve the design of the rack, a new rack with optimal parameters is optimized by using the optimization method (using SUMT method). The new rack not only has the advantages of good rigidity and light weight, but also reduces the danger point Frame corner) stress, which proves the new design of the rack is desirable.
