对煤矿机械中电动机的启动和调速问题进行分析,综合液黏软启动和变频调速的优点,设计出液黏-变频软启动调速装置。在电动机启动时通过液黏软启动可以有效的保护电机,尤其是在负载条件下实现平稳启动,电动机启动后利用变频装置实现无级调速,保护了电机的安全使用,提高了工作效率,同时实现了安全节能的目标。
This paper analyzes the problems of motor starting and speed regulation in coal mining machinery, and combines the advantages of soft-start and frequency conversion speed regulation to design a fluid viscosity-frequency conversion soft-start speed regulation device. When the motor is started, it can effectively protect the motor through the soft start of the liquid glue, in particular, it can start smoothly under the load condition. After the motor is started, it can realize the stepless speed regulation by using the frequency conversion device, which protects the safe use of the motor and improves the work efficiency. Achieved the goal of safety and energy saving.
