以储藏小麦为研究对象,研究了不同硬度的3种小麦经6次熏蒸后磷化氢(PH3)的残留量,以及PH3残留的积累情况和对小麦样品中总磷含量的影响。结果表明:储藏小麦每次熏蒸处理后PH3残留量都超过了最大残留限量,多次熏蒸并不会导致PH3残留有明显的增加。在一致的熏蒸条件下,小麦的硬度对小麦吸附PH3的能力没有显著性的作用。熏蒸过程中,吸附在小麦上的PH3会不断发生转化,使小麦中的总磷含量不断升高。经过一定时间的散气与储藏,磷化氢残留量均达到国家标准规定的粮食上磷化氢低于0.05mg/kg的限量要求。
Taking wheat stored as the research object, the residues of phosphine (PH3), the accumulation of PH3 and the content of total phosphorus in wheat samples after three fumigation treatments were studied on three kinds of wheat with different hardness. The results showed that after each fumigation treatment, PH3 residues exceeded the MRLs, and multiple fumigation did not lead to significant increase of PH3 residues. Under uniform fumigation conditions, the hardness of wheat had no significant effect on the ability of wheat to adsorb PH3. During the fumigation, the PH3 adsorbed on the wheat is continuously transformed, causing the total phosphorus content in the wheat to continuously increase. After a certain period of deflagration and storage, the residual amount of phosphine reaches the limit requirement of less than 0.05mg / kg of phosphine on the food stipulated by the national standard.
