目的:研究在结肠癌组织中S100A4的表达情况与结肠癌淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法测定S100A4蛋白在正常结肠组织及结肠癌组织中的表达水平,分析S100A4在结肠癌组织中表达的意义及其与结肠癌淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果:1.在结肠癌组织及正常结肠粘膜中均有S100A4的表达,在出现淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中S100A4的表达增高。结论:在结肠癌组织及正常结肠组织中均有S100A4的表达,S100A4表达增高与淋巴结转移有关。 Objective: To study the relationship between S100A4 expression and lymph node metastasis in colon cancer in colon cancer. Methods: The expression of S100A4 protein in normal colon tissues and colon cancer tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry. The significance of S100A4 expression in colon cancer and its relationship with lymph node metastasis of colon cancer were analyzed. S100A4 expression in both colon cancer tissues and normal colorectal mucosa, S100A4 expression in colon cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis increased. Conclusion: The expression of S100A4 in both colon cancer tissues and normal colon tissues is related to the increased expression of S100A4 and lymph node metastasis.
