单疱病毒性角膜炎是目前最常见的角膜病。由于反复发作,病程迁延,已成为感染性角膜炎中主要致盲眼病之一。至今尚无满意的疗法。我们采用碘苷,干扰素诱导剂聚肌胞,地塞米松联合治疗实质型,单疱病毒性角膜炎,得到了较满意的效果,报告如下。对象和方法对象:本组基质型单疱病毒性角膜炎患者50人。男35例,女15例。年龄7～68岁,以20～45岁最多。初发者42人,复发者8人。病程7天～3个月。有43例在外院曾用 Herpes simplex keratitis is by far the most common type of corneal disease.
