影响花叶开唇兰原球茎与丛生芽形态建成、生根与移栽因素的试验研究

通过对比试验和正交试验研究花叶开唇兰原球茎与丛生芽形成、生根与移栽的影响因素。结果表明, 在 B A 诱导下, 不带顶芽的外植体比带顶芽的外植体容易形成原球茎和丛生芽, 但诱导率高低与 B A 浓度关系不太; N A A 是影响组培苗生根的关键因子, I B A 和大量元素用量对生根率影响不大, 但添加 I B A 和使用全量 M S有利于生根苗发根和壮苗; 保持较高湿度及适宜的温度 (18℃~23℃) 并适当遮荫, 可以保证移栽的生根苗获得很高的成活率, 但植株生长极缓慢。 Through comparative experiments and orthogonal test, the factors influencing the formation, rooting and transplanting of protocorms and clusters of spruce buds were studied. The results showed that explants without terminal buds formed protocorm and clustered buds more easily than explants with terminal buds under the induction of B A, but the correlation between the induction rate and B A concentration was insignificant; N A A was the effect The key factors of tissue culture seedling rooting, I B A and the amount of large amount of elements had little effect on the rooting rate, but adding I B A and using the full amount of M S were conducive to the rooting and seedling growth of rooting; keeping high humidity and appropriate temperature (18 ℃ ~ 23 ℃) and appropriate shading, can ensure that the transplanted rooting seedlings to obtain a high survival rate, but the plant growth is very slow.
