[目的]探讨云南茶树资源中没食子酸和儿茶素含量的差异。[方法]以国家种质勐海茶树资源圃中的121个云南茶树资源为材料,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定茶叶中的没食子酸(GA)、儿茶素(C)、表儿茶素(EC)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、表没食子酸儿茶素(EGC)及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量。[结果]GA含量变幅为0.210%~1.902%,平均0.834%,在茶树中含量较低。C含量变幅为0.069%~8.865%,平均1.916%;EC含量变幅为0.126%~2.865%,平均1.112%;EGC含量变幅为0.00~3.709%,平均0.954%;ECG的含量变幅为0.739%~8.957%,平均4.063%;EGCG含量变幅为0.819%~11.77%,平均5.939%;儿茶素总量含量为6.354%~22.654%,平均14.042%。[结论]资源间儿茶素差异较大,说明云南茶树资源具有丰富的生物多样性。同时,筛选出3份高EGCG含量(≥10%)的特异茶树资源,为高EGCG茶树品种选育提供了重要材料。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the difference of content of gallic acid and catechin in Yunnan tea resources. [Method] With 121 Yunnan tea plant resources in national germplasm pool of Menghai tea tree as materials, the content of gallic acid (GA), catechin (C), epicatechin in tea was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (EC), epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin gallate (EGC), and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) were measured. [Result] The variation range of GA content was 0.210% -1.902%, with an average of 0.834%. The content of GA was low in tea plant. The content of C was ranged from 0.069% to 8.865%, with an average of 1.916%. EC content ranged from 0.126% to 2.865% with an average of 1.112%. EGC content ranged from 0.00% to 3.709% with an average of 0.954% 0.739% ~ 8.957% with an average of 4.063%. The content of EGCG varied from 0.819% to 11.77% with an average of 5.939%. The content of EGCG was 6.354% ~ 22.654% with an average of 14.042%. [Conclusion] The catechins between resources were quite different, which indicated that Yunnan tea tree resources were rich in biodiversity. At the same time, we screened out 3 specific tea resources with high EGCG content (≥10%), which provided important materials for the breeding of high EGCG tea varieties.
