本文应用队列寿命表,对该厂34年来确诊的340例矽肺进行了分析。结果表明:1.矽肺初诊30年后的估计存活率为55.05%;2.初诊Ⅰ期矽肺30年后的估计存活率最高(60.98%),初诊Ⅱ期次之(39.90%),初诊Ⅲ期最低(21.40%);3.该厂干燥、原料及维修工的矽肺累计存活率为44.2~54.20%,而成型、烧成工为73.61~74.50%,有极显著性差异(近似X2=11.37,P<0.005)。这种差异与各工种矽肺的初诊期别构成及癌症死亡构成无关,而与各工种接尘水平呈明显的负相关(r=-0.994,P<0.005)。
In this paper, 340 life-forms of silicosis diagnosed in the past 34 years were analyzed using the life-span chart. The result shows: 1. The estimated survival after 30 years of silicosis was 55.05%; 2. The estimated survival rate of newly diagnosed stage I silicosis after 30 years was the highest (60.98%), followed by the first stage (39.90%), and the lowest (21.40%) at the first stage. The cumulative survival rate of silicosis of the plant was dry, raw materials and maintenance workers was 44.2 ~ 54.20%, while the forming and baking workers 73.61 ~ 74.50%, a very significant difference (similar to X2 = 11. 37, P <0.005). The difference was not related to the composition of the first visit and the death of cancer from all kinds of silicosis, but negatively correlated with the dust exposure of all trades (r = -0.994, P <0.005).
